The official welcoming ceremony in honor of Mr.Ilham Aliyev, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan took place in the front of the building of Presidential Administration of Ukraine in Kiev

Presidents passed in front of guard of honor and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev greeted the soldiers of Ukraine.
State and government representatives of Ukraine were introduced to President Ilham Aliyev, while the Azerbaijani delegation was introduced to President Viktor Yanukovych.
