Azerbaijan and Belarus are linked through historically friendly relations and cooperation. It is gratifying that today these relations have reached the level of strategic partnership.
I am confident that our joint efforts will continue to focus on the expansion of Azerbaijani-Belarusian bilateral relations and our multi-faceted cooperation. I have no doubt that our forthcoming meeting in Baku will contribute to that.
