Ilham Aliyev participated in the opening of Samur – Hazra highway

President Ilham Aliyev participated in the opening of Samur – Hazra highway.

Representatives of the general public in the region of Gusar have welcomed sincerely President Ilham Aliyev.

Head of state cut the ribbon signaling the symbolic opening.

It has been reported that AZN6.5 million were allocated from the reserve fund of the head of state for the renovation of highway at the basis of the Order dated 27 August 2009 and signed by President Ilham Aliyev. This highway which has the length of 23 meters and the width of 6 meters, links 27 villages and districts with the population of up to 16 thousand people. It starts from the district of Samur and continues in three directions - Hazra – Mujug, Hazra – Sudur, Hazra – Zukhul - as it passes the village of Hazra.

Congratulating the residents of Gusar on the occasion of commissioning of a new highway, President Ilham Aliyev wished them successes in their future activities and gave his instructions and recommendations.

Expressing the gratitude of Gusar residents to the head of state, the local resident Masud Gadimov thanked him for his care and attention paid to the development of Gusar and the resolution of social problems.

President Ilham Aliyev had a family photo taken with the representatives of the general public of the region.
