Ilham Aliyev reviewed progress of construction of the Heydar Aliyev Center

President Ilham Aliyev and his wife Mehriban Aliyeva have reviewed progress of construction of the Heydar Aliyev Center in the Narimanov district of the capital.

President Ilham Aliyev was informed about ongoing and upcoming work on the project. It was indicated that construction was carried out in accordance with the latest standards.

The head of state examined the construction in the courtyard of the Heydar Aliyev Center. President Aliyev and his wife Mehriban Aliyeva were informed of the work ongoing here.

The President of Azerbaijan visited different construction sites and reviewed the work under way.

President Ilham Aliyev was informed about the construction materials to be used in the construction. It was indicated that the center, which will become an architectural monument bearing the name of the founder and builder of the modern Azerbaijani state, Heydar Aliyev, will play a great role in the public, political and cultural life of the country. It will host international events, conferences, competitions, festivals, exhibitions, concerts and receptions.

President Ilham Aliyev issued relevant instructions on further progress of the construction.
