President Ilham Aliyev attended the opening ceremony of the central office of the Azerbaijani Community of Nagorno-Karabakh region of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Baku.

President Ilham Aliyev cut the ribbon symbolizing the official opening and toured the facility.

The President was informed that all conditions had been created for the effective work of personnel in the four-storey administrative building that had undergone capital reconstruction of a special architectural style. A bust to national leader Heydar Aliyev was raised on the first floor.

President Ilham Aliyev toured the workrooms of the building. It was mentioned that all of the rooms had been fully provided with information-communication technologies, furniture, and equipments. The building has a spacious conference-hall and meeting rooms for organization of various events.

The President delivered a speech at the event.
