Ilham Aliyev attended the 35th Annual Meeting of IDB group

The opening ceremony of the 35th Annual Meeting of IDB group took place at “Gulustan” Palace in Baku. President Ilham Aliyev attended the ceremony.

The ceremony started with the recitation of verses from the Quran.

The meeting was opened by Shahin Mustafayev, Azerbaijan`s minister of economic development, chairman of the IDB`s Board of Governors, who greeted President Ilham Aliyev and the participants of the event.

President of the Islamic Development Bank Ahmed Mohammed Ali thanked the people of Azerbaijan and personally President Ilham Aliyev for the hospitality and support.

The meeting featured remarks by representatives of the IDB`s groups for Africa, Arab world, and Asia.

President Ilham Aliyev delivered a speech at the ceremony.
