Your Excellency`s firm stand in boosting friendship among and development of youth of the OIC countries indicated in Your continuing strong support toward the institutionalization and development of the ICYF-DC as international institution affiliated to the OIC serves as prime example for leaders in our region. Your valuable support to establishing firm foundations and lofty objectives for development of our institution, in particular during your several meetings with ICYF-DC leadership are but a few signs of a commitment. We also very much appreciate Your Government`s policies toward support of youth of Azerbaijan, providing them with opportunities for maturing to true leadership in various fields of the country`s life.
