On behalf of the Ukrainian Construction Association Interbudmontazh, allow me to express my best wishes for your birthday and wish you both personal wealth and success in important state activities for the benefit of modern independent Azerbaijan, which is increasingly strengthening its status as the leader of the region under your leadership.

Allow me also to congratulate you on your confident victory in the presidential elections in October this year. The people of Azerbaijan once again entrusted their future to you as the wise policy you are pursuing is obvious to every ordinary citizen of the Azerbaijan Republic.

For the Interbudmontazh Construction Association, it is an honour to participate in the construction of additional lines of the Baku Metro. At the same time, the company is aware that it is a huge responsibility because all projects are implemented in Azerbaijan at a high level. I can assure you that CA Interbudmontazh will spare no effort to justify your high confidence.
