Ilham Aliyev inspected the state of the building of the Sabayil District Executive Authorities of Baku after major refurbishment

President Ilham Aliyev has inspected the state of the building of the Sabayil District Executive Authorities of Baku located on Uzeyir Hajibeyli Street after major refurbishment.

Along with the work carried out in recent years on the instruction of the head of state within the framework of the socioeconomic development of the capital and the implementation of modern infrastructure projects, targeted measures are also being carried out to further improve the working conditions of various executive agencies. The refurbished administrative building of the Sabayil District Executive Authorities, which stands out for its modern architectural style, gives the appearance of the capital special beauty.

The head of the Sabayil District Executive Authorities, Asif Asgarov, informed President Ilham Aliyev about the work that was carried out. A bust of national leader Heydar Aliyev and photo stands on the activities of the great leader and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev are installed at the entrance to the building. It was noted that the building was totally refurbished and conditions that meet the latest requirements were created for employees working here. As a result of major refurbishment and reconstruction, an additional floor was built on the building, which housed the party district committee and the district executive committee in Soviet times, and its façade was renovated. During the refurbishment, the building was reinforced with concrete structures. During the reconstruction, high-quality local materials were used. The building, where lighting and ventilation systems that meet the highest requirements are installed, is fitted out with the most modern equipment.

All offices in the building are equipped in line with modern requirements and are provided with the necessary technical means. Communication lines and lines of the administrative building have also been replaced. During the refurbishment of offices, the assembly hall and the conference hall, high-quality materials manufactured by the world’s leading companies were used. The 200-seat assembly hall situated on the ground floor has perfect conditions for holding district and national events.

It was noted that construction work continues in the adjacent new 6-storey building. On the second floor of the new building, there is a conference room with high technical capabilities that meet the most modern requirements. It is planned to hold online video receptions for citizens here. Without visiting the building, residents will be able to establish a direct video link with representatives of the district executive authorities and officials. The building has a unified electronic map of the district - information base. The system has already begun to be applied in the management of the district economy as the latest technological means. With the help of the electronic map, planning is carried out and live data about the ongoing work is received.

The draft of a new sports hall, which will be built in the village of Badamdar in Sabayil District on the instruction of the head of state, was also examined. It was noted that the most modern conditions will be created in the sports hall with an area of 2,400 square meters.
