Dear Mr President,

On behalf of the Albanian people and on my own behalf, I express my most sincere congratulations to you on your re-election as President of the Azerbaijan Republic and wish you success in the highest state position.

Your Excellency, allow me to stress once again that we highly appreciate the friendly and cooperative relations between Albania and Azerbaijan in implementing the TAP project of special geostrategic importance.

I hope that in your next term in office, cooperation between our countries will develop even more in new spheres in line with the mutual interests of our states.

Mr President, I wish you success in the highest state position and ask you to accept my deepest regards.
