Please allow me to extend to you my best wishes on the occasion of your reelection as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. I wish you every success in the coming years and look forward to meeting with you in Munich in January 2014.
I take this opportunity to thank you again for your kindness and excellent cooperation in recent years. I hope very much to work with your government in the coming years. To give a further boost to our sustainable cooperation, I plan to pay a visit to Azerbaijan in the next year. At the same time, I have asked my main counsel and head of the department of external relations, development and protocol, Frank Benedict, to visit Baku before the end of this year to explore the possibilities for conducting a joint conference. We intend to continue to cooperate with Azerbaijan.
