On behalf of the House of Representatives of the state of Tennessee, USA, I congratulate you on your reelection as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The USA appreciates Azerbaijan's commitment to a building a democratic society, which encompasses all aspects of the ethnic and cultural diversity.
Tennessee is interested in expanding the partnership relations between our countries through the twinning of cities in Tennessee and Azerbaijan. The goodwill fact-finding mission visit paid at the invitation of the Executive Director of the Turkish-American Chamber of Commerce, Alp Levent, in May of this year produced a good impression on me and my colleagues from the Tennessee General Assembly and laid the foundation for a successful future interchange between the Azerbaijani people and the people of Tennessee in the fields of economy, culture and education.
