I have special bonds of friendship with Azerbaijan and was deeply very pleased with the friendship with your father. Together we have built a strong relationship between our two countries. I am glad that these ties have expanded and evolved in the name of mutual benefit. The development that I have seen in all areas of life in Azerbaijan during my last visit to Baku has made a good impression on me.
