There is no doubt that the relations with Russia in your new presidential term will gain dynamism and consistency and form the basis for many years of friendship between the Russian and Azerbaijani peoples.
On these important days for you, dear Ilham Heydar oglu, we are pleased to recall meetings and discussions with your wonderful father, nationwide leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev, with whom we shared many years of friendship.
