On behalf of the Executive Committee of the International Confederation of Sport Organizations, I sincerely congratulate you on your convincing victory in the election and on your reelection as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The CIS sports community sees this event as people's trust and personal assessment of your contribution to the social development of the country, in which a prominent place is occupied by programs of physical culture and sports. Their implementation in the Republic of Azerbaijan has a beneficial effect on the whole of the Commonwealth.

We are confident that your high position and influence in the CIS will allow you, as in previous years, to support sport organizations in the successful conduct of the Ninth International Sport Games of the CIS countries in the capital of the Republic of Azerbaijan Baku in 2014, which will be a real embodiment of your aspirations to improve the health of the nation and preserve the friendship between our peoples.
