On 10 October, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev telephoned President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
The President of Kazakhstan congratulated President Ilham Aliyev on a landslide victory in the presidential election and wished him success as President in the name of a further development of our country.
The President expressed his gratitude to the President of Kazakhstan for the attention and congratulations.
The heads of state expressed their confidence over a further development of friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan in all spheres.
