Ilham Aliyev reviewed the five-star “Rixos Guba Azerbaijan” hotel in the Aski-Igrig village

As part of a visit to Guba, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has reviewed the five-star “Rixos Guba Azerbaijan” hotel in the Aski-Igrig village.

While reviewing the hotel, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his wife Mehriban Aliyeva were informed that the construction area of the complex was 75 hectares, while its total area is 202 hectares. There is a cable way on the premises as well. There are plans to build restaurants, swimming pools, a sports court and ancillary facilities on the hotel grounds. The complex is comprised of an eight-storey main building and 16 cottage houses. There is an artificial lake of 27,300 square meters here. A restaurant and a helideck have been established around the lake. A ski center and other structures will be built within the hotel in the future.

It was indicated during familiarization with the cottages that there is a small cinema, a gym and other facilities here. There is also a tennis court, a volleyball court and a football pitch on the premises.

The head of state gave instructions on completing the work at a high level.
