On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I congratulate you and your people on the national holiday of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay – the Independence Day.

I do hope that the relations between Azerbaijan and Uruguay will grow and expand in the interests of our countries and peoples.

I wish you good health and every success in your activities, and the friendly Uruguayan people peace and prosperity.
