Within the framework of his visit to Yevlakh, President Ilham Aliyev checked out the constrcution work process of boulevard-hotel complex on the bank of the Kur River.
The President was told that 10 hectares of land had been allocated for construction of boulevard-hotel complex. The construction area of the hotel is 2156 square meters. The five-storey hotel will feature 44 rooms, restaurant, bar, gym, kitchen, swimming-pool, offices and other ancillary facilities.
President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva viewed a model of the hotel, the layout of design elements of rooms, and the working project.
It was mentioned that extension of the 1.5 kilometer boulevard on the Kur river up to 4 kilometers and creation of every condition for leisure and entertainment are planned. The greening works are underway at the moment.
The President saw an inscription on the rock saying national leader Heydar Aliyev had been on this side of the Kur bank on September 13, 2002.
President Ilham Aliyev was briefed about the perennial poplar on the bank of the Kur River, included into the “Red Book”.
The President and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva had their photos taken in front of the tree.
Having expressed satisfaction with construction and renovation works carried out in the complex, President Ilham Aliyev gave suggestions and instructions.
