Governed by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. To appoint Fakhraddin Sahib oglu Mirzayev Honorary Consul of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Karlovy Vary, the Czech Republic.
2. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with resolving issues arising from this Order.
