Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of a new office building of the Siyazan District Executive Authority

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of a new office building of the Siyazan District Executive Authority.

President Ilham Aliyev was informed that the conditions created at the new office building of the Executive Authority, built as part of the measures on socioeconomic development of the region, are further evidence that the attention being paid to the development of the public administration system in the country is at the center of attention.

It was noted that the building, constructed in a modern architectural style, imparts special beauty to the city. The three-storey building is fitted with all the necessary equipment and systems. The offices meet modern requirements. The façade of the building, established in Heydar Aliyev Avenue, is lined with new building materials. The construction began in October 2012 and was completed in July 2013. The work was funded from the state budget. The area has been extensively landscaped, two decorative elements and a lighting system have been established in accordance with modern standards.

At the entrance to the building there is a bust of nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev. There is also a photo stand reflecting the visits of the brilliant leader in Siyazan. The building is equipped with all the necessary technical facilities, which enables the use of modern management techniques.

It was indicated that the office building also has a room for videoconferencing with citizens and representatives of the district executive authority, as well as an operational control center. All this has been put in place in order to facilitate effective work of the executive authority and the comfort of local citizens. The 128-seat conference hall, equipped with modern sound, heating and lighting systems, can host events of regional and national importance.

It was emphasized that the executive authority of the district also has introduced online video appointments. Citizens can contact village and settlement offices of the executive authority, establish a direct video link with the head of the executive authority and other senior officials and raise issues of concern without having to come to the building. The system has already been connected to the settlements of Mashrif, Zarat, Eynibulag, Sadan and Boyuk Hamya.

After expressing his satisfaction with the work done, President Ilham Aliyev gave relevant instructions and recommendations.
