Governed by Clause 24 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. To award Farid Shamil oglu Abdinbayov the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the First Rank.
2. The present Order shall enter into force upon signature.
