Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of the Ranjbar-Gubali Baloglan-“Pir Huseyn” preaching house road

As part of a visit to Hajigabul District, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of the Ranjbar-Gubali Baloglan-“Pir Huseyn” preaching house road.
President Ilham Aliyev examined the stands describing the technical and economic parameters of the new road, other national roads which are being expanded now and will be expanded in the future, as well as the Hajigabul-Pashali-Tagili road.
Transport Minister Ziya Mammadov informed the President that the commissioning of the new line will provide local people and visitors of the historical and architectural reserve "Pir Huseyn" preaching house with convenient travel.
Previously, residents used the dirt and crushed stone road. The construction of the road was started by the "AzerYolServis" OJSC a month ago. It mobilized all the resources to complete the work in the shortest possible time. As a result, a convenient built connecting major settlements of the district has been built.
It was noted that the road 18 km long and 6 meters wide is of the fourth degree. During the construction of the new road all the necessary traffic signs were installed and stops built.
The section of road from the Baku-Tbilisi highway to the Ranjbar village is 6.5 km long, the section from Ranjbar to the village of Gubali Baloglan is 5.5 km long and the section from Gubali Baloglan to the historical and architectural reserve "Pir Huseyn" preaching house is 6 km long. The new road will serve more than 6,500 villagers from Ranjbar and Gubali Baloglan.
President Ilham Aliyev was informed about the work being done on other roads of national significance, as well as the roads that are expanded now and will be expanded in the future.
Then the head of the district executive authority, Ahmad Mukhtarov, informed the President of Azerbaijan about the Hajigabul-Pashali-Tagili road. He said that the total length of this fourth-degree road is 37 km. Major work here was started in August of last year. A 10-km stretch of the road is now ready for use. By the Order of the President of Azerbaijan dated 5 December 2012, a total of 5 million manats were allocated for the construction of the road. A total of 28 drainage systems of different diameters have been installed all along the road. The road, connecting seven residential settlements, will be used by some 6,000 residents. It will be put into operation in August of this year.
Then, President Ilham Aliyev met with residents of the Ranjbar and Gubali Baloglan villages.
