President Ilham Aliyev visited the building of the Senate – the upper chamber of the Parliament of Uzbekistan.
President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov informed President Ilham Aliyev about the building that blends national and contemporary styles. The building was constructed three years ago. The senate of the Parliament of Uzbekistan is represented by 100 members. Laws adopted by the Supreme Majlis are sent to the President for ratification following its approval by the Senate.
President Ilham Aliyev viewed the conditions created for the senators.
