I would like to sincerely congratulate you on being elected as Chairman of the People’s Republic China.

We attach great importance to the historically rich Azerbaijani-Chinese relations. The current high level of our bilateral relations is an important factor in the broad and fruitful cooperation in the political, economic and humanitarian spheres.

here are good opportunities for a further development and expansion of the relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the People’s Republic of China for the mutual interests of our people.

I am confident that our joint efforts towards continuous development of the traditionally friendly relations and the successful continuation of our cooperation both in the bilateral format and within the framework of international organizations on the basis of mutual trust and support will continue to serve the prosperity of our countries and peoples.
