Dear Mr. President,

I have been deeply saddened by the news of numerous casualties in the aftermath of ruthless acts of terror perpetrated in your country. We are outraged by these bloody attacks and vehemently condemn all forms of terror.

At the same time, these events confirm yet again the need for continued and joint efforts to fight terrorism.

On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own, I share in your grief over the tragedy and express my sincere condolences to you, families and friends of those killed and all the people of Pakistan, and wish those injured a speedy recovery.

May they rest in peace!
