Dear Mr. President,
On the occasion of May 28th - the Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on behalf of the citizens of Montenegro and in my own name, allow me to extend my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes for the continued prosperity of your country and welfare of its people.
I avail myself of this opportunity to express sincere appreciation for the close and substantive relations between Montenegro and the Republic of Azerbaijan, which we continue to develop in the spirit of traditional friendship and mutual respect.
Frequent high-level contacts testify to the excellent quality of our relations, and also to the importance that Montenegro places on the dynamic development of cooperation with our Azerbaijani friends.
In this regard, we particularly appreciate our joint projects in the fields of tourism and energy, which contribute to the further economic development of both countries and lay a solid foundation for the continued success of our investment cooperation. I am confident that the relations between our two friendly countries will continue to follow an upward trajectory, and that Montenegro and Azerbaijan, in today's complex geopolitical circumstances, will serve as a model of harmonious cooperation based on friendship, trust, and mutual interests.
