Your Excellency,
On behalf of the state and the people of Vietnam, allow me to extend my warmest wishes to you on the 107th anniversary of Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
As a close friend of the Azerbaijani people, Vietnam always follows and rejoices in your country’s development under your leadership, its achievements in the field of global integration, and enhancing its position and status in the region and worldwide.
I am pleased to note that the traditional friendly ties between our countries have entered a stage of strong development. In this vein, the state visit of General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam To Lam to Azerbaijan in May 2025 and the establishment of the strategic partnership between the two countries were an important historical milestone.
I am confident that our countries will obtain new opportunities to further strengthen and expand cooperation, as well as to utilize the full potential of this collaboration for the benefit of both countries’ peoples, based on the existing traditional friendship and strategic partnership between Vietnam and Azerbaijan.
I would like to wish progress to the Republic of Azerbaijan and happiness to the people of Azerbaijan.
