On behalf of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and in my personal capacity, I extend to you my heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of May 28 – Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
This significant date, marking the proclamation of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic in 1918 and continuing a centuries-old statehood tradition, symbolizes the freedom, sovereignty, and determination of the Azerbaijani people to build a stable and prosperous future. I am confident that your statesmanlike leadership will continue to contribute to the development and progress of your country, as well as to peace and cooperation in the region and beyond.
I express my belief that the friendly relations between our peoples will continue to develop to our mutual benefit, with openness to further strengthening bilateral and multilateral cooperation in all areas of common interest.
I wish you good health and success in performing your responsible duties, and to the friendly people of Azerbaijan, peace, prosperity, and progress.
