It is with deep sorrow that I received the news of the tragic crash of the Azerbaijan Airlines aircraft in Kazakhstan, resulting in the loss of many lives and numerous injuries.
I express my deepest condolences to Your Excellency and the friendly people of Azerbaijan. I pray for eternal rest for the souls of the deceased and wish patience and endurance to their families. I also hope for the swift recovery of the injured.
