Esteemed President, my dear Brother,
I learned with great sorrow about the crash of an aircraft belonging to Azerbaijan Airlines this morning in Kazakhstan's city of Aktau, resulting in fatalities and injuries.
On behalf of my people and myself, I extend my condolences to Your Excellency and the brotherly people of Azerbaijan, particularly to those who have lost their loved ones, and wish them patience. I pray to Allah the Almighty for mercy upon those who lost their lives and wish the injured a speedy recovery.
Taking this opportunity, I once again extend my best wishes for the well-being and prosperity of Your Excellency and the brotherly people of Azerbaijan.
