President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev visited the Pakistan Monument in Islamabad on July 11.

The construction of the Pakistan Monument, which is an epitome of the unity of the Pakistani people, started in 2004. The monument, built in the rich Mughal architectural style, was inaugurated on March 23, 2007.
