His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Mr. President.

On these days, when the fraternal and friendly people of Azerbaijan celebrate the anniversary of their national holiday, I am honored and very much pleased to convey my warmest congratulations to You. The people and government of Djibouti also join me in wishing progress, well-being and prosperity to Your country.

There is no doubt that under Your wise leadership, Azerbaijan will continue to advance actively along the path of development.

Be assured, Mr. President, that You will always feel all the necessary support from the people and the authorities of Djibouti for the sake of strengthening friendship and cooperation between our two peoples.

Our country will also tirelessly work together with Azerbaijan to strengthen peace and stability worldwide.
