His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Dear Mr. President,

I heartily congratulate you on behalf of the citizens of the Slovak Republic, as well as personally, on the occasion of the National Holiday of your country - the Independence Day.

I am pleased that the relations between Slovakia and Azerbaijan have been friendly for a long time and are expanding into new areas of common interests. I firmly believe that our mutual cooperation will further continue to develop for the benefit of the citizens of both our countries. The framework for us is the values of democracy, the rule of law, human rights and multilateralism, as well as stability, prosperity and solidarity with regard to a sustainable future.

Dear Mr. President, I wish you, as well as all citizens of Azerbaijan, good health, peace, stability, prosperity and successful development.
