The impressive achievements of Azerbaijan in strengthening the foundations of statehood and its international authority imbue this historical date with special symbolism.

Kazakhstan takes the successes of brotherly Azerbaijan with great enthusiasm, and attaches great importance to deepening multifaceted cooperation in the spirit of friendship and mutual support.
