President Ilham Aliyev received the President of European Olympic Committee Patrick Hickey.
During the meeting it was stressed about the importance of meaningful events held for the development of sports in all directions in the country. The sides highly appreciated the success gained by Azerbaijani sportsmen at the international competitions, including London Olympic Games; they also exchanged their views on the further expansion of cooperation of the relevant structures of the country with European Olympic Committee.
