On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own, I would like to congratulate you and through you all the people of your country on the national holiday of the Kingdom of Cambodia – the Independence Day. 

I do hope that the relations between Azerbaijan and Cambodia will continue to develop and expand in the spirit of friendship and cooperation and in the interests of our peoples.

On this auspicious day I send you my best wishes for good health and every success in your activities, and peace and prosperity for the friendly people of Cambodia.
