Governed by Article 32 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. To approve the “Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Latvia” signed in Baku on 7 June 2012.
2. The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall take the necessary measures to ensure the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding specified in Clause 1 of the present Order.
3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall notify the Government of the Republic of Latvia of the completion of necessary domestic procedures for the enactment of the said agreements.
