Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. To approve the “Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the areas of science, technological research and innovation between the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Science, Technology and Effective Innovation of the Republic of Argentina” signed in Baku on 2 November 2011.
2. The Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall take the necessary measures to ensure the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding specified in Clause 1 of the present Order.
3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall notify the Government of the Republic of Argentina of the completion of necessary domestic procedures for the enactment of the said agreements.
