Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. To approve the “Memorandum of Understanding between the State Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Problems of the Family, Woman and Child and the Ministry of Welfare of the Republic of Latvia” signed in Riga on 27 August 2012.
2. To task the State Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Problems of the Family, Woman and Child with ensuing the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding specified in Clause 1 of the present Order.
3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall notify the Government of the Republic of Latvia of the completion of necessary domestic procedures for the enactment of the said Memorandum.
