Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. To approve the documents signed between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Turkey in Gabala on 11 September 2012:
1.1. The Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on cooperation in the areas of technical regulation, standardization, compliance assessment, accreditation and metrology;
1.2. The Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey on the exchange of diplomats;
1.3. The Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Transport, Navigation and Communication of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the development of international combined cargo;
1.4. The Protocol on Cooperation between the “Azerbaijan Television and Radio Programs” Closed Joint-Stock Company and the Turkish Television and Radio Entity.
2. To task the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan with taking the necessary measures to implement the documents listed in clauses 1.1-1.4 of the present Order.
3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall notify the Government of the Republic of Turkey of the completion of necessary domestic procedures for the enactment of the said documents.
