Dear Mr. President,

I have been deeply saddened by the news of numerous casualties and extensive destruction in the aftermath of the hurricane Sandy.

Sharing in your grief on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own, I would like to express my sincere condolences to you, families and friends of those killed and all the American people, and wish you a speedy elimination of the consequences of the disaster.
