President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received former Prime Minister of Romania, the founder and head of the Center-Right Civic Initiative, Mihai Razvan Ungureanu.
The sides expressed their satisfaction with the successful development of relations between Azerbaijan and Romania and emphasized the importance of the Strategic Partnership Agreement between the two countries signed several years ago.
During the meeting the sides noted the role of Azerbaijani-Romanian bilateral relations in the expansion of regional cooperation and said there were great opportunities for a further strengthening of relations.
