As part of a visit to Beylagan District, President Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of a renovated and reconstruction Culture Center.
The head of state reviewed a photo stand describing the previous and current condition of the Center.
It was noted that the attention to the development of arts and culture in the country is also manifested through the care about the people working in this area. The overhaul of culture centers not only in Baku but also in the districts, the creation of a new modern infrastructure stimulate a comprehensive development of this sphere.
During the renovation and reconstruction of the Beylagan Culture Center special attention was paid to the quality of work. In the lobby of the building there is a bust of nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev, photo stands reflecting the care of great leader Heydar Aliyev and President Ilham Aliyev about arts and culture. The area around the building has been landscaped.
It was noted that the building remained without renovation for years and became unserviceable. The overhaul and reconstruction of the Culture Center began in April this year. The façade of the Center has been fully renovated. Also remodeled have been the hall, the lobby and offices, while the entrance has been rebuilt in a modern architectural style. The Center is equipped with a lighting system and has the necessary equipment and facilities.
In the lobby of the Culture Center the President examined a photo stand. The pictures displayed reflect the attention that great leader Heydar Aliyev paid to the people of art and culture. Also of interest are the photographs documenting the visits of the great leader and President Ilham Aliyev to Beylagan.
President Ilham Aliyev reviewed the Grand Hall of the Culture Center. It was noted that the 500-seat hall has all the conditions for hosting a variety of cultural activities. The assembly hall is equipped with modern lighting, acoustics and heating systems.
After reviewing the building, President Ilham Aliyev wished the team every success.
