President Ilham Aliyev received the delegation led by Commander of the United States Transportation Command William Fraser.
During the meeting it was noted about the high level of bilateral relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the United States of America; the sides expressed their satisfaction with the successful development of these relations in different areas.
The sides also exchanged their views on the joint actions against international terrorism, as well as provision of regional peace and stability; during the meeting they highly appreciated the direct and transport participation of Azerbaijan in the peace building mission in Afghanistan. The sides also exchanged their confidence in the strengthening of cooperation between the countries in the future.
