The comprehensive support for your candidacy from the population in this election is a vivid testimony to the boundless trust of your people in the strategic programs and plans you have put forward. I would speak the truth if I say that this is directly related, first and foremost, to the full restoration of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity and the establishment of historical justice, as well as to the ongoing large-scale reforms and constructive work in your country in all spheres.
Under your leadership today - as a truly wise leader of your people, a patriotic and dedicated prominent political figure - the Republic of Azerbaijan conquers glorious heights, its authority grows, and trust in it on the international stage increases. Undoubtedly, your activities in this high position will contribute to the comprehensive strengthening of the foundations of statehood and the modernization of society, further raising the living standards of the population, and ensuring the socio-economic development of the country.
Dear Brother, I would like to emphasize in this regard that our high-level active contacts in recent years and close brotherly relations between us, specific projects, and "roadmaps" implemented have given a powerful impetus to our mutually beneficial relations.
