As a young citizen, I was very pleased with the extradition to Azerbaijan of the National Army officer Ramil Safarov, who had been jailed in Hungary, and with your decision to pardon him. This is an indicator of your care about our people and us, the young. You proved once again that the Azerbaijani state takes care of its citizens. Your resolute step increased the belief of our people and National Army in the commander-in-chief. This made me very proud. I express my profound gratitude to you for this and wish you success in everything. I believe that thanks to you, our state and youth will gain great successes.
