President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev have viewed a project of the Creativity Development Centre named after Kurmangazy, which will be built for children in the city of Fuzuli by the “BI Group” Holding of Kazakhstan.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “BI Group” Holding Aidyn Rakhimbayev informed the heads of state of the project.
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev: Ilham Heydar oglu, I would like to introduce to you Aidyn Rakhimbayev, the head of “BI” construction company, one of the biggest, if not the most prominent builders. The company will carry out this significant project on our behalf.
President Ilham Aliyev: Thank you.
Aidyn Rakhimbayev: Dear Ilham Heydar oglu, dear Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich, please allow me to introduce the project. It is a great honor for me to be presenting this project – the project for the construction of the Creativity Center in the city of Fuzuli. The project was prepared in a short time based on the personal instructions of our President. According to the current situation, the space has already been determined. The project consists of four significant directions: music, comprised of vocal and choir singing, modern technologies, i.e., what children like more, something that reveals children's talents, art and creativity – pottery, sculpture and, of course, sports – playgrounds and choreography.

Modern architectural buildings and an amphitheater will be built on an area of 2 hectares. The center is intended to reveal and develop children's creativity.

President Ilham Aliyev: There can be no comments. The presentation itself shows that this is a world-class project. First, I would like to thank President Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich for this initiative. This initiative was proposed two months ago, and this issue was resolved promptly. Of course, I would also like to thank the company for today’s presentation. What you are showing today is truly a center for children's development.
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev: That’s what he promised.
President Ilham Aliyev: Yes.
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev: Time and quality.
President Ilham Aliyev: Especially now that the Master Plan for the construction of Fuzuli has been approved and the construction of first residential buildings has already started. By the time this center is ready, we plan to move the first residents of Fuzuli there.
Aidyn Rakhimbayev: We will be happy to welcome the children there.
President Ilham Aliyev: Yes, thank you. Of course, in parallel to this, we will solve all the issues related to the surrounding infrastructure.
