President Ilham Aliyev participated in the opening of the part of Baku – Guba – the Russian Federation State Border highway from the 131st till the 165th kilometer following its complete overhaul.
The Minister of Transport Ziya Mammadov informed that the commissioning part of highway paved with asphalt and concrete layer has the length of 34 km and the width of 7.5 meters. Bridges located in this two-way highway have been also fully renovated.
President Ilham Aliyev cut the ribbon signaling the symbolic opening.
Head of state was informed also about Chyraggala Historical Architectural Monument and the mockup of the ancient Shabran.
President Ilham Aliyev congratulated builders and gave instructions and recommendations.
