On the occasion of the 104th anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on behalf of the Lao people and on my own behalf, I would like to convey my warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency and the people of Azerbaijan.

I am convinced that the friendly relations and cooperation between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Azerbaijan will be further strengthened and enhanced in the years to come for the benefits of our two peoples.
